GAME OF SKILL
1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
2. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury of suffering or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
3. All entries become the property of the promoter.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail/email, nor for any prizes damaged in transit.

6. The competition closes at Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 5.30pm. Winners be will be judged on merit on Thursday August 26, 2010. The judges’ decision is final and once the draw has taken place no further correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winning entries will win one of two prize packs. Total prize value $1,500.
8. Winners will be notified via email on Friday August 27, 2010.
9. To enter simply tell us, “Why you think your dad is the BEST!” in 25 words or less. Send your story to the magazine editor by Tuesday August 24, 2010.
10. The winner has until September 10, 2010 to claim their prize(s). If the original winner does not claim their prize(s) by September 10, 2010 there is to be a re-draw of prize(s) and the winner of the re-draw then until October 1, 2010 to claim their prize(s).
11. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion,
as appropriate.
13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
